I previously had a negative experience at this diner and I am very pleased at how quickly the issue was addressed and corrected. I had the pleasure of speaking to Fidel, the general manager. It was very clear that he cares about his employees and even more about his customers. He had us come back for a complimentary meal, which he did not have to do.
