“The staff at Montecillo had amazing service. They were fast, friendly, and kindly replaced my drink due to user error. Carlos, George, Sharadan were awesome to me through the process and the strawberry banana smoothie with boba was delicious!! Music is also great.“

“Wonderful tea shop I wish I'd have found earlier. Owner is very nice and helpful in making a decision on what to order. I ordered 2 milk boba teas. One oolong with brown sugar boba and one jasmine with white boba ( or maybe it's called crystal- suggested by owner). They were both delicious. Tea taste was dominant in both and tea tasted fresh. Upon ordering owner checked to see if she had fresh tea and she did. That small action is a big plus in my book. I will be a regular. Thank you!!!“

“Whenever we feel like Boba, this place is the first one that comes to mind. It never disappoints. The menu is easy to understand. You click and pay and wait for your Boba tea. Can't get any simpler. My family really enjoys this place, even my bougie 4 year old.“

“I had such 😃😀a good experience during my visit. The employee was very helpful and attentive, not too busy during my visit. The drinks were also very tasty.🧋🧋 The pink one is the🥤 strawberry tea and the brown is their Thai milk tea with boba pearls(tapioca).“

“Upon walking in you can tell the cleanliness of the place, which is always a plus. It smells nice and the workers are super nice. The play area is awesome as we sat and wait for our order. The female worker I think her name was Lana was super nice and makes you feel welcome. Will be coming back again.“

“Only come to this boba place if I visit Cielo Vista Mall. Always come for their “Blazin Panda” boba and it’s so good. Has a lot of options to choose from but I only tried the Blazin Panda 🐼. Will try the other options next time but so far like it 👍“

“Quality drinks. Great service every time. I’d recommend to the owners to implement more comfortable seating and power outlets for the studious types. Otherwise, not a bad spot to get a study session in or to meet someone for biz and/or pleasure.
- WiFi password is at the bottom of the receipt so keep that handy.
- Place needs more food options to be a full 5-star study spot for me.
- Drinks are also more on the pricier side for the size.
- In general I’m happy this place is available on the east side.
- Parking situation is not that great considering all the businesses serving their clients within that vicinity so get there before rush hour or you’ll be walking about a block or two from where you parked. That’s not a fault of the cafe but rather the location.
People are generally friendly and willing to share some words with you should you find the courage to be outgoing.“

“Favorite Tea Spot!!! They have high quality loose leaf teas, with many options. Best energy teas, best water. They recently added food items and frosteas to the menu. My favorite monthly energy drink is the Spicy Sandia Surge and my favorite sandwich is the pretzel melt. They have excellent customer service and great vibes.“
