The staff is usually very friendly, with top notch customer service, and one staff member showed the professionalism of a manager. The boba drinks are great and fresh, with many flavors to choose from. Popular options include the Taro boba, which is smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet, often ordered in a 44 oz size. Other favorites are the chocolate smoothie with boba pearls, strawberry shortcake smoothie with mixed jellies and strawberry bursters, and a Jasmine green tea boba 50% sweetness with mango flavor and mixed jellies. The menu also offers Vietnamese iced coffee, durian avocado smoothie, and taro smoothies. However, there is a very strong unpleasant odor inside the restaurant. Prices are around the same as a Starbucks drink. A common complaint is that the restaurant opens late, at 12 or 1 pm, and there can be a wait of about 10 minutes for drinks.
