Perhaps the new girl needs some supervision until she is competent. I came for a green chile double meat cheeseburger and chocolate milk shake. I love Whataburger but that was the most disappointing I have ever had. No cheese on burger, no green chile on burger. I also ordered a Justaburger for my dog. I should have known this wasn't going to be right when she asked me if I wanted everything on it. I also ordered a large chocolate shake. I guess I should have opened it up too...read full review

I've always come to this location because I work close by. The food is usually tasty and fresh, but my last 2 visits I was disappointed. My last visit they forgot to add lettuce and tomato to my burger and today they forgot to add cheese to my patty melt. It made it very dry without the cheese. It is supposed to come with 2 slices. I'm going to have to start calling in to complain. I should have called last time also.
