“This place had very good service compared to other Burger Kings I've been to. This was the second time I had gone to a Burger King but last I went they had bad service and I only got a whopper. This time was different Daphne was my order taker and she was great. I took my time ordering but all of a suddenly she recommended the Bacon King. I was doubtful but she was pretty so I ordered it and it was delicious. I then ordered a Impossible whopper because she also recommended that one if I was vegan or on a diet. That was honestly one of the best experiences in a fast food restaurant. Besides that everything looked clean, there was no trash lying around or nothing. I wish I could experience that first time trying a Bacon King because, honestly I'm going to keep ordering that until I can't any longer.“
“This is the BEST Burger King in El Paso on the Westside, and their Whopper is always on point!
I have been to almost every Burger King in El Paso, mostly on the Eastside and three Burger Kings on the Westside and this Burger King is constantly excellent on how they make their Whoppers versus the other two Burger Kings on the Westside. I go out of my way to go to this Burger King on the Westside for my Whopper.“
“Young man at the front was really respectful his name was Sergio was really nice and very helpfull with my order I was watching him and Ivan in charge of cook that day and I saw him do my burgers the cook was súper nice and he was really fast on my order and was really doing what he was supposed to he doing good job young mans keep it going 🙏🙏“
“I live this BK for the most part, they have upped their game the last year, cuz I stopped going for a while. Today I was mad craving a Whopper so I went. Can't beat a $5 Whopper meal on Wednesdays. I was happy with the service, drive thru is slow when taking the order but fast when delivering it even when they pull you to the side. Unfortunately the patty was over seasoned and super salty this time around. Only reason for the 3 stars. Other than that, food is hot, fresh and fries were on point. I will go back hoping the cook just had a slip of the wrist.“

“i had such a great experience at this Burger King location! the food was fresh, hot, and made just the way I ordered it. my meal tasted great and came out quickly, which is always a plus. but what really stood out to me was the management and staff. everyone was so friendly, polite, and helpful. the team here goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of, and you can tell they truly care about keeping everything running smoothly. the manager was attentive and made sure the dining area stayed clean and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not every day you find fast food that feels this well put together, but this Burger King definitely delivers. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a good meal and a positive experience!“

“It's disgusting to go hungry for a burger and be served by such disgusting, unhygienic people. Today, I stopped by the lobby around 10 a.m. and was served by a man named Luis. I know it's often difficult to maintain good vocal hygiene, but the smell coming out of his mouth was as if something was dead inside him, so disgusting the food made me feel like I didn't eat it even though I'd already paid for it. I can't believe that in a place that sells food, you have people serving you with no regard for hygiene. I don't want to imagine how to make the burgers since apparently the chefs don't care about the restaurant's appearance because of that situation. I don't recommend going to that disgusting place at all.“

“My husband NEVER leaves reviews and he insisted that I make sure everyone knows that Juan is literally the best, nicest person he has ever encountered in fast food. He said that Juan should be a trainer or manager if he isn't.

“Gr8 place 2 stop and eat breakfast or lunch. The svc is xtremely helpful and courteous. The food is rather tasty, and well proportioned.
Parking: Due 2 the svc I recvd here ea time I come 2 eat, I plan on eating and informing all of my family and friends of this location 2 njoy it.
Wheelchair accessibility: All entrance/ exit doors r clearly identified 4 anyone who may need 2 use them.“
“I went to get a whopper meal and coke. I had a problem with the wait time ngl. I was tired and wanted to go home, I explained this to the management and they were so sweet. Both of them undersood my frustration and not only refunded my items because of this (once in a full moon kind of situation), but left me with the meal that I was waiting on with a sincere apology. Yes I wish I would have gotten my food EXactly when I wanted to, but sometimes it doesn't happen that way. They're busy or just simply forget; We are human. But one thing is for sure! The way a manager responds to the problem will definitely create a strong impact on how their team will function in similar situations. You can tell by their smiles and patience that they are good employees trying their best. Thank you for making my day with your kindness raza. And im so sorry for being a total "Karen today. “I was driving and I saw the ad for Whopper Wednesdays combo for $4.99, I said, ma, why not?! I went through the drive thru and the girl who served me was super friendly, I added and changed the order several times and she still behaved super nice. Notice that the combo is not bad at all ??♂️ of course fast food is junk but well when you're hungry everything tastes delicious ?“
