I had a gift card ,for one reason or the other was not activating however I had a pleasant response from the manager and she got it to work? so happy I walked out with my hot meal.
I went to get a whopper meal and coke. I had a problem with the wait time ngl. I was tired and wanted to go home, I explained this to the management and they were so sweet. Both of them undersood my frustration and not only refunded my items because of this (once in a full moon kind of situation), but left me with the meal that I was waiting on with a sincere apology.
