Cashier looked pissed to be at work. Burrito was big but when i opened it it was mostly thick tortilla. I just took out the meat and tossed the tortilla.

Very disappointed!! The burrito tortilla was big but had no filling. Not worth the $$ at all. They use to big good and tasting. I no longer recommend this place!! I guess inflation cuts means the customer looses at Burrito Juarez next to Ft. Bliss/Dyer. 10/24/24

Nooo I recommend this place at all and above all the woman in charge is super Nefarious who treats the customers very badly too expensive we asked for a stuffed donkey and nothing to see we asked that they won't change it and the manager is vastly despotic and I don't know that this is how the people were. stuffed chili donkeys that if we wanted others we had to pay again, yes, super bad place, not recommended

very bad service, super late, there were 4 people there doing nothing!! Just apologizing for the delay but they don't get to work. It had never taken 35 minutes to give me a trite donkey filling and a bottled soda, it wasn't even fresh water!! And when I opened my donkey, what do you think!?!? It wasn't stuffed chili!! When had you looked at a stuffed chili without eggs? xk in the photo they have there they look at each other with egg and nothing or disappointment I will not return and I will make sure that my acquaintances never go!!! BYE BYE!
5 years ago, I had a great review for this place. Sadly, today's not as great... It was a slow morning. My dad and I went in for burritos, of course, and we had to wait for them to clear the waiting customers. Once they were all seved and it was our turn for some reason the ladies that were cookimg starting having a conversation while cleaning the stove thing were they cook, we thought okay .. fresh start, but then the ladies just started taking their time while still taking on their conversation. While cooking they were more into the conversation then the burritos. We asked ig they were almost ready and they both got un6set and looked at as funny. Once we got out food the tortilla was super hard, dry and it looked uncooked. It was more tortilla then gisado. It was a mess and disappointing.
Disastrous service, mediocre food, very high prices, which make them the worst of north east

I would like to start this by sending out my best regards and acknowledgin the two ladies that were at the location. They're a great hosts. It all started early in the morning about 8:00am on on May 23rd. I was making my way back home and I was looking for some authentic Juarez burritos, you know like winnie con salsa de tomate (no Diddy) for the road. And the nearest location that I can find on gmaps was this restaurant. I can't say that it was the authentic flavor I was looking for, but the taste was not disappointing or too far to similarity from the authentic one. Amazing place very clean and with the authentic juaritos personality. I can say that next time I Airbnb, this is going to be one of my breakfast stops.
