Asked for no ketchup in my hamburger.. and still got ketchup in the hamburger.. We are Senior citizens and didn't get the 10% off ..because we have to ask for it. It should be automatic...The Senior citizens are always on a fix income..

Been to this fast food restaurant and it’s always a 40 min to over 1hr wait time in drive thru. Food is okay but Service is beyond slow and this is been since 2021 to present Dec 2022. If you have all the time in the world then I recommend but there is no way it should be a fast food restaurant.

Every time I come in the service is good and the food hot and fresh. Anna was my cashier yesterday and she had a smile on her face and seemed happy to serve us. This is my favorite Carl's Jr. location and my kids love playing at the playground.

Food was good, kids had fun in the playground, tables were clean. Crystal at the register took my order and was very patient and helpful, as I knew nothing about what Carl’s junior had and what was on different burgers. Order came out correctly and she brought it out to the playground for us.
The food is great and the prices even better. It does make me a bit sad sometimes to see not as many customers coming through this place as it should BUT I LOVE THE LOCATION! The huge play area it houses is perfect and the employees are always attentive and correct with their managing or your food. I haven't experienced one wrong order yet. We dine out about once a week and this place tends to be a favorite and won't cease to be.

I've visited this Carl's Jr a few times now and every time my food is hot! My fries are hot and crispy with just the right amount of salt. My burger, whether it be a Big Carl or an original thick burger, looks like the picture. Juicy and delicious! When a fast food location is consistently good, you keep coming back! I'm getting hungry just writing this.

I think Carl’s Jr. is one of those places that when you broke you can get a nice tasty combo With a good smile from the managers in that taste of meat that you can find anywhere else
