Mom's Sushi House is a hidden gem with fresh rolls, both cold and fried, nicely plated. The kimchi pancake and chicken katsu are favorites, and the naengmyun is absolutely delicious. The Korean bulgogi bento box is amazing, and the Kimchi Jijgae soup is a favorite, served with 6 banchan dishes and rice in a generous, spicy portion. The galbi, soft shell crab, shrimp tempura, nigiri, hand roll, and ice cream are all super delicious. The salmon and ebi sushi was a bit dry. The restaurant is very family oriented, with friendly employees, great service, and a perfect ambience for solo or group dining. The food is great, service is attentive and quick, and there are so many options. This place is a jewel in the area, pleasing to the Hispanic palate, and a spot to return to when visiting El Paso again.
