“Do i even need to say why this place is five stars

Parking: Lots of spots that are close to he building.

Kid-friendliness: There is a little play area and the staff are friendly. The kids meals come with cute little toys that can be exchanged for ice cream.“

“Super grateful to the management of this store. Recently, they got an order wrong. I must have spoke with the wrong person on the phone, because they didn’t have record of me calling in, but they still honored replacing my order since it was incorrect the day before. Thanks!“

“Great chicken sandwiches and excellent service. I come here every now and then to get their spicy deluxe chicken, which is my favorite sandwich! The chicken is always juicy and burst in flavor. The chicken breast size is huge compared to most other chicken sandwich restaurants! You add their chick fil a sauce to it, and it takes it to a whole new level. End it up with one of their many milkshake options that are all fantastic!“

“I got the garden/market salad with grilled chicken, the chicken soup, a cookies and cream shake, and an ice cream cup. My food came out which was of course hot and tasted awesome. The shake was just right and the staff were nice about me taking my time to order :)“

“It was my first visit there. I had been given a gift card and decided to use it to get my dinner that night. When I arrived, Brooklynn, stopped the task she was doing, and greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude. She was clean in appearance, friendly and very helpful. When I explained that I had planned on using the digital gift card but was unfamiliar on how to do it, she didn't make me feel like an idiot. She handled everything smoothly and quickly. She even stopped to chat for a moment while my order was being prepared. I have a client/patient that lives just down the street from this store/restaurant. Because of Brooklynn's enthusiastic personality, I will be stopping in again when I've had a long shift and don't wish to cook. Kudos to Chick-fil-A for having the foresight to hiring this excellent employee who is a great asset to the company.“

“The Chick-fil-A on North Hills is hands down one of the best fast food spots in El Paso. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious whether it’s the classic chicken sandwich, the perfectly crispy waffle fries, or their underrated breakfast menu. You can really taste the quality in every bite.
What truly sets this location apart, though, is the exceptional service. The staff is consistently polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. Even during busy hours, they keep the line moving and never compromise on friendliness. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality in fast food these days.
The restaurant is also spotless and has a clean dining area, well-maintained bathroom. It’s clear they take pride in every detail.

“Today, on August 28, 2024, I had an unfortunate experience at the Chick-fil-A East Lake Horizon City location. They forgot the eight-piece nuggets in my meal and also made my drink incorrectly. It was a great inconvenience to have to drive back to the store. However, I must commend the manager, Abe, who greatly assisted me in resolving the issues. He replaced the food and handled the situation professionally. While this Chick-fil-A has made mistakes in the past, I appreciate the effort made by Abe. Because of Abe I'm willing to give them another shot. I'm writing this review in hopes that they can improve their performance and services moving forward. I’m giving the store a 4 star review but Abe gets a 5 star review.“

“Me and my mother had visited the Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, Texas on the way home to Arizona and we stopped by at the chick fil an inside for lunch. We were greeted so kindly by Aldo, a friendly team member who took our order efficiently and kindly at the front counter. He had AMAZING customer service and kindness and he is a good representative of a noble worker. Thank you Aldo for going above and beyond to serve guests. You are AMAZING. Keep smiling. “October2025: 5⭐: I would recommend this restaurant location and the workers I encounted today.
I went to this location with some work friends and we all ordered separate items. Each of our ordered Andre's all came out hot and were appropriately prepared and packaged. My birthday had just passed, so I went back to order my birthday brownie snack attack. Everything was as ordered and fresh as I would expect from a Chick-fil-A restaurant. There was an employee cleaning the restrooms while I was there. Always my favorite restaurant until it's not.

Don't go there Chick-fil-A...just saying!“
