The Chick-fil-A on North Hills is hands down one of the best fast food spots in El Paso. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious whether it’s the classic chicken sandwich, the perfectly crispy waffle fries, or their underrated breakfast menu. You can really taste the quality in every bite.

I'm unsure if there have been recent changes in management or staff, but my experiences with this location have been inconsistent lately. Items on the menu have been unavailable, food has arrived cold due to wait times, the restaurant has closed early(20mins before, and on occasion, parts of my order have been missing. For example, I recently ordered a southwest chicken salad and the chicken was missing. Chick-fil-A does have good service. Just not this location!
