“The only downside about this location is that it’s always pretty busy (for a good reason). Every other location I’ve been to skimps on the servings for online orders but this location has always given me great servings. If I’m going to chipotle in El Paso this is the only location I’ll go to anymore. Keep up the great work“

My order was fast, accurate, and you could tell she genuinely cared about customer experience. I would absolutely come back and can't recommend it enough.“
“This is usually my family’s go to Chipotle because the food is fresh, the portions are great but there was only one off putting thing that happened recently. The lady that works there in the pic sat next to us to eat with her family at a seat some girls had reserved with a bag of merchandise from a recent purchase at the Fountains. We noticed that they stole their bag and she hid it within their stuff. When the young ladies came back, they were perplexed to see them and not find their bag. It is unconscionable to think that you would do that where you work in front of other customers. I hadn’t seen her in a while but cameras might not have caught her doing that.“

“I live the same distance from this location vs the fountains and I stopped going to the fountains. The prep people here are just really good. The guac is always on point, the seasoning/marinade on all their protein is perfect, and their rice options are always beautifully cooked and seasoned right. Their staff is so quick and courteous to me all the time and one time they exchanged my slightly undercooked chip bag happily. Love this location.“

“The staff was extremely professional. Food was prepared quickly. Each staff member was polite with good customer service (which is rare these days/especially at most Chipotle’s). The only reason for 4/5 stars was the dinning area looked like they had just had their evening surge and there seemed to be no effort to clean up the dining area.“

The person who was taking the online order at around 8PM on 6/14) for making my daughter's kids meal.. i know you had some challenges with the stock but you went above and beyond to make the meal. In general whole team was polite and welcoming.“
