Practically every Saturday I go and pick up a 16 family meal cuz that's what my family wants I enjoy drinking the sweet tea this last Saturday picked up two half gallon of sweet tea what is excited to take the meal back to my family to have a feast everybody was happy with the meal except when it came time to take that first zip of the delicious sweet tea which was not sweetened tea unsweetened tea so disappointing happens on some occasions but this Saturday I was so disappointed and finally called to let them know was told by the drive through person which her name was Cynthia that they don't sell unsweetened tea so I had to believe her even though I'm tasting unsweetened tea so I decided to look it up add to my surprise they have both sweet tea and unsweetened tea made me so upset don't order the sweet tea and have gal you never know what you're getting

U asked to make sure the food was hot and explained that it's always cold. The employee stated that it was hot and fresh. NOT! I called and left two messages for someone to reach out to me, but I still haven't heard from them. This location has a habit of cold food and not caring. Almost every visit. I was just hungry and gave them a last chance. Will never go back. God bless!

Food was good. But they messed up the order. Didn't get my tea and was missing a tender from the 5 piece tender box.
I got parked in front because they could not understand that I wanted French fries and not mashed potatoes, which was fine but then the guy brings my food out swinging the bag wildly that is bad customer service. If you do not enjoy your job find somewhere else to work.
Parking: Get better customer service even my receipt has French fries listed and not mashed potatoes.

I had poor service store #8537 placed my order when I got to the window and payed they didn't have my biscuits had to give them my cc again then I looked inside my food order was all wrong I worked to get their attention no one came to the window waited another 2 mins finally call out to them Jerry finally came to the window looked annoyed and the manager Lorera L also looked annoyed ( If you don't like your job don't work their and have better listening skills)

The food is always good, at least when i get the right stuff because i come here regularly and every single time without fail they always manage to get something wrong, no matter if theyre missing one thing like my whole order of fries or if they just gave me something i didnt ask for its so dissapointing and it happens every time at this specific location, even the managers manage to screw up the orders, how hard could it be to run a fast food place? especially a supbar one with little to no traffic. maybe actually give people what they paid for and people would go back. overall great food with extra dissapointing service that wastes as much of your time as possible
