I went through drive through and had to repeat my order 4times and still got the wrong food..3 times in line then once at the window..I even specified dark meat for the number 3. I only got tenders and before I left I asked again. I will never come to this churches again. It's time and time again that my order is wrong at this location

I’m from Minnesota, staying at a hotel. Never had or heard of Church’s so I was intrigued to try it. There was a hair stuck to the chicken sandwich bag, I ordered 2 honey mustard sauces and didn’t receive them. I also did not receive a fork for the Mac and cheese. I am in a hotel. Where am I going to find a fork here?

Worst Chicken Sandwich I've ever had.Nasty and cold as if they rushed my order to get out of work. The bread was disgusting and smushed.I felt like going back.I'm going to call the manager.This is employee and manager negligence to serve a meal like this.So disappointing. It's no wonder I never see anyone at that location.??Then I called left message about my order and Ashley the Mgr calls me back and says she took the order and it was fresh.?? This girl and I mean girl because adults don't act like this.Basically saying my complaint was a lie!I got in touch with their corporate office left another message and complaint.Unbelievable!Mgr said to take my receipt to have my food replaced......... It was so bad I don't even know if I want it.Come to think ....I remember going to this location once before for just chicken combo and now that I think about it ....the chicken combo sucked as well.

Went for 5 peice chicken tenders. Got the side but never got the drink the.order was $10.81 gave the lady a $20.00 she gave me 4 dollars in change back. I had to remind her for the rest of the money that they kept. Never got the drink. I know its hard to keep employees but they show be better trained.
