This location is permanently closed. Locations only on the Eastside. COVID killed another business.

Arrived an hour and 10 mins before close and everything was shut down. Worst part, it smells like sewage in there. Which is sad because aroma is the most attractive thing about Cinnabon

They constantly close before the posted closing time. They should update their hours if they’re going to continue doing that, because it wastes our time just to drive down there.

I will say, I have always been very pleased with my experiences here as well as the quality of food. I know they must be very short-handed, because they have signs posted everywhere that they need help. I get that. BUT, I came in and placed a to-go order on my way home after work after having a blowout on one of my tires and having to go to the dealership and wait 2 hours for them to fix it. I ordered a medium Deluxe Original, which is what I ALWAYS order so I know exactly how it should look. However, the girl, very nice BTW, came out and said "Medium Original on Jalapeño Bread?" I knew that must be me because I was only 1 of 2 people in there. I honestly thought, "Oh, she just said the wrong thing". Well, she didn't. It was definitely just the original. I just wish that since I PAID for the Deluxe, that is what I got. Again, everyone was nice, and this was a one off, but money is money. I will still be back.

I would have given this restaurant a 5 if it didn't smell so bad inside. Please fix. Good note was that the food was awesome and the seating was available outside.

I don't know what has happened to this location but service has been terrible during the course of the last few months. Today was just the icing on the cake and I decided to write a review. It seems like they are always under staffed and untrained or lacking thorough training. Drive through took 25 minutes wait and when we finally made it to the window, the order was wrong and I was over charged, the window attendant seemed confused about my order. I'm at the window and now being asked to wait yet again for the order to be made right. A drive thru window is meant to be for quick service not for an order to take 30 minutes.

If you guys didn't know this Schlotzdsky's is connected to a Cinnabon. So my girlfriend and I decided to stop and get those small cinnamon roll bites from the Cinnabon it's connected to, and we were highly disappointed, not only were they the wrong cinnamon roll bite sizes, they were also very cold, hard, stale, and etc. We even thought the price was way too expensive for it to be the right ones so we double checked at the window if they were the right ones and they assured it was even thought it wasn't and proceeded to over charge us and give us the wrong bites. I was so dissatisfied with the experience that I decided to write my first negative review ever to warn you guys to stay away from here if you like your money, like getting what you actually ordered, or like your food actually fresh and not cold and hard and stale. (Would give zero stars if I could)

Has really gone downhill since it reopened. Food and service are both noticeably poor. Very disappointed wIth last 2 visits. Unlikely to go back.

Found a hair in my sandwich. We decided to drive 27 minutes to our nearest Schlotzky's only to be extremely disappointed. I have a dairy allergy (as I told them) I asked for no ranch dressing and no cheese. I made the mistake of driving home before checking it, so when I opened it I found cheese. Couldn't contact them because by that time it was already 9. As I stated before, I found a hair in my sandwich. My husband was my witness as soon as I opened a half to take a bite, we saw a small black hair inside. I don't know if they take allergies seriously, but I think having an allergy menu somewhere would be conducive.

I came a couple of days ago on Monday and they totally messed up my sandwich. I very specifically asked for mustard instead of mayonnaise due to the fact that I am allergic to it. I come to this exact location twice a week, every week and get the exact same order. When i got home and realized their mistake, I tried to call the store but no one would answer the phones. It was very frustrating. And tonight when I told them about the mess up on Monday all they did was say I'm sorry and then shrugged it off. They didn't seem bothered by the fact that I had to pay for a sandwich that I had to throw directly in the trash instead of eating. Normally my experiences are decent with Schlotzsky's, but the incident about the toxic sandwich just made my confidence in them fall flat. I went back tonight and it was just okay service. Nothing spectacular, no actual regret about giving me a sandwich on Monday that I was allergic to. I might have to find a new spot to eat at every Monday and Wednesday night. Schlotzsky's was always my favorite, but the lack of remorse and empathy kind of ruined my love for the restaurant. At least the gentleman who usually works the drive-thru whenever I come to get food is nice to me.

I usually have their original which is always good but today I tried their brisket sandwich called the Rancher, boy was it REALLY good. The meat tender, full of succulent juices, filled with shredded lettuce, jalapeno slices sandwiched between cheddar and provolone cheese melted on their artisan bread! Forgot to mention the chipotle and salsa sauce to give it just the right kick! Arby's may have the meats but you get more meat and gourmet bread here!

One star for not taking American Express in 2019 yet shamelessly advertising it on the front door. I cannot fathom why a business, especially a large chain, would not take AmEx in 2019.
