***BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES***
When charged make sure you ask for an itemized receipt. We had 3 waters and 1 tea plus our meals. We shouldn't have been charged as much as we did. When asked if I can see an itemized receipt Wendy got nervous and said they couldn't print one out. After scrambling and helping other customers she finally printed it out. She had charged 8.35 gratitude for 4 people, 1.04 for a tortilla that was included with the Mexican Plate. .03 for tap water and 2.63 for using a card to pay. She failed to tell us all this even after we tipped her in cash.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. The food was not all that great. The enchiladas had a spoiled smell. The service was horrible. We had three different waitress attending us and they still couldn't get it right. Back in the day Ciros was amazing. Sad that it has gone down hill! ?

We’ve had been sitting for 15 minutes and haven't received a menu or drink order. I've had even made eye contact with the waitress, but there's still no service, even though the place was not busy. So we just got up and left.
Not to mention that I really enjoy this place and their food.

Extremely disappointed with the owners of this restaurant. To begin. I asked for a water and they wanted to charge me $1.50 for a water bottle. I asked for tap water which is what they normally serve me and I was denied. Have never had a restaurant deny me access to tap water. It gets worse. The vegetables in my chicken soup were rotten ugh. I mean the celery was black in the middle and it had an odd smell to it. Carrots were old smh. Thirdly, there was a freaking cockroach crawling on the wall next to me with a baby egg attacked to it ?. What's the saying. When you see one cockroach ? there are hundreds more hiding within the walls. Oh what did the manager do about it. Nothing. I heard the female owner say well what do they expect me to do. I expect a refund lady. I recommend everyone in El Paso, Texas absolutely avoid this place. I will tell everyone about your restaurant and your unprofessional behavior. Charging for water is one thing. Black rotted vegetables another. Cockroach was enough. I'm calling the health department on this restaurant. Expect an unannounced visit from them lady. Never eat here! There are far better restaurants you can eat at. Only good part was the waitress. She was just as shocked as I was and was extremely kind. Shame on the owners for letting this place get so bad. Never eat here! Never!

Overall bad food and to topped off they add 20% gratuity on you receipt dining or take out. Never going back. Go somewhere else if you want to eat good food and not worry about what they will served you. Just nasty.

I ordered gorditas to go, had to ask for salsa she said she had put some already(not) asked for napkins and when I was about to eat them there was no spoon or fork!! Had to eat the beans and rice with the salad lid!! Never again.
