My wife doordashed ice cream for us last night and Hallie was a godsend for adding extra add-ons on the side because they ran out of one item.. thank you so much Annie and Hallie for your wonderful customer service and attention to detail you all truely are amazing <3

Placed online delivery order. Ordered apple pie a la mode and got some salty caramel thing. In past orders they always seem to forget send the waffle bowls/cones.
Really enjoy visiting this spot. The team is patient and helpful. One of my favorite spots.

The woman serving the ice cream was incredibly sweet but MAN I have never, almost immediately, had to run to the bathroom because of ice cream. I’m not lactose intolerant and this happened to the friend I was with also. We both haven’t been able to get up from the toilet for at least 12 hours now and it’s excruciating. I’m never coming back here. We both only ate a few bites before throwing it away because we immediately felt bad. Something was off here and I’m not sure what but I do not recommend coming here unless you too want to end up like us.

It's a sad sad day I will officially stop geting cold stone bc they are ripping you off bc they dont even fill your cup of ice cream all the way up like in there own pictures posted every where lol... there ice cream is already expensive as it is and I buy yhe love it and they would over fill it to put on the clear cover and now they fill it to the rim of the cup and all the pictures show at there store are Over filled come on man... and this wasn't just one time I went three different times twice at this location the first time they did the second I went thats when they started to short you on ice cream so I went to the one on Zaragoza and the same thing...and remeber when they use to over fill and give you anything extra in a small cup well yeah they don't do that any more... I spend 30 bucks for 3 people that's alot for yall not to fill the cups up like in yiur pictures like yall USE TO DO. Total rip off I won't be goin back again
