Went for breakfast with my family and as we got to the counter we were told we could not order until we had a table. Nobody offered to assist in finding a table so I went with my daughter to look for one. Found one that was being cleaned. All of a sudden the manager (long hair with highlights) stopped me and said we could not sit there because it was for someone else that had ordered already. This family had gotten there after us. She refused for us to sit there, she never offered to help find another table. It was a very embarrassing situation with lack of customer service. We ended up leaving.

This place was amazing. I made 4 trips in 2 days to pick up a few dozen cookies at a time for customers. By the 2nd trip, they literally knew who I was when I called. They even asked what time I'd be there so that they could have a fresh batch of warm cookies for me. Incredible people and management,!

This is my go-to when I don't know what to make for dinner. I also love their morning muffins and cinnamon rolls. I always get the pick 2 and it is enough for dinner and to take for lunch the following day. Only down fall is they no longer carry my favorite soup Chicken Orzo.

The doors are so heavy at this establishment. To make things worse one of them was locked for some reason? So on my way out, using my known strength to open these heavy doors, I went to open the door and twisted my wrist because it was locked. Umm…. OUCH??!! Why are one of the doors even locked?? Not to mention my flip flopped food inside my bag.

I will give it 2 stars and not 0 cause not both managers are horrible if you wanna encounter a rude manager while your ordering come in the mornings when the older manager is here worst customer service I have experienced on the other hand there’s a young girl also as a manager she is very helpful
They pay 9 dollars an hour and they give you less than 15 hours

Was my first time visiting this establishment & I have to say, I really enjoyed everything this restaurant has to offer. My son treated me & my husband for Mother's Day & I was very satisfied with the fact that you can get soup here! Love the potato soup & the portion size, plus I didn't feel lethargic after finishing lunch wich is always a plus.
