Diamond Catering is amazing. We ordered from their Thanksgiving Dinner menu and they did not disappoint. The portions were generous, the turkey succulent, and the sides complimented the turkey and tasted fresh and homemade. We also started ordering the menudo for Sunday mornings. The spicing was perfect with a little kick. This establishment is my new favorite. I recommend it highly.
