I really like the espresso based drinks as well as their regular brew. The staff at Cimaron are very good! The food is so so and some overpriced! The grilled cheese sandwich is way out of line! My biggest complain is their new hours! They really SUCK. I like to go for coffee and read in the evening. I thought this was going to be my go to place but they squashed that. Too bad because I'm not a fan of Starbucks.

One of my favorite coffees in El Paso. Always have specialty coffee for current events or holidays. Only which they would post the new coffees more on social media. My all time favorite is the Cherry Almond latte. The atmosphere is very cozy and modern. Good place to chill or work.

I went during the last week of December and I over heard the baristas saying hurtful comments to one of their own baristas and it seemed as if the comments were hurting the one barista and she seemed upset and she even walked out and the other baristas just laughed district isn’t a good environment for a simple drink if the baristas cant be profesional and respect each other. One thing is them playing around another is having customers see how they truly feel about each other.

District Coffee Co (Downtown) is operating at a higher standard. Alexa went above and beyond - welcoming, fast, and clearly expert - and the entire staff mirrors that energy: attentive, knowledgeable, and kind without the script. My benchmark drink is the agave-sweetened matcha. They use a lighter dose than the big chains, yet it drinks smoother, brighter, and zero-chalk with a silky finish that actually tastes of tea. Service is quick, the room stays clean, calm, and laptop-friendly, and there’s steady Wi-Fi with plenty of seating.
Bottom line: consistently great drinks, wonderful team, and a very cool downtown space that makes quality feel easy. New downtown go-to. 💚🍵☕️

Wish there was a little bit more seating. When I went all the spaces were taken, I really didn't want to walk around with my cup of coffee. Otherwise, it was a cute little spot.

COOK THE BACON. I ain’t trying to get trichinosis. Bacon on the Turkey bacon sandwich was rubbery and pale. HBE toast was good. Drinks were good.
