Had a really good experience at Dominion today. Jeremy went above and beyond to help me and made the entire visit easy. He was friendly, respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly. You can tell he actually cares about giving customers good service.

I went to Dominion today and had an excellent experience thanks to Jeremy. From the moment he helped me, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely made an effort to make sure I was taken care of. He answered my questions clearly and never made me feel rushed.
