Just what I needed. Very happy with the results.
My friend and I were excited to try this place after seeing all their posts on Instagram… unfortunately we were sadly disappointed that they were out of any item we were looking forward to trying. We got there at noon and they close at 3pm so they could have been better prepared especially after we paid $18 for 20 minute parking just to find out they didn’t have anything we ordered. Also the few items they had were prepackaged and not customizable.
We gave them two stars because the caramel macchiato was good…. Although we didn’t get a cute mug with a foam design like they show on IG.
And just like that… never again PDN

Went for breakfast about 10:20, ran out of breakfast burritos. Went back after checking out of hotel to see if they restocked and they ran out of all breakfast items and when I asked for lunch items the girl said they had lunch items but were closing in 10 minutes. So she didn’t want to serve me and her job is in service. It was 11:50am. Waste of time.

Good coffee. Decent breakfast burrito. Opens at 6am and pretty much the only coffee shop I could find that was open this early. The hotel was beautiful and I enjoyed sitting there eating my breakfast taking in the views.
Prices are really good. I came here for
my coffee. Few choices to pick.
Next time I will try the gelatos!!

Another coffee shop other than Starbucks. It has coffee and pastries. Pastries similar to one's you can get from a local bakery. Café de Olla is no longer offered at this location. Didn't offer most of the selected items found in the photos.
Their coffee is great, their staff is kind and helpful, my wife and I are very pleased with the service. This has become one of our new favorite coffee shops in El Paso.

The room service from Iziah and Manny were Excellent. The room service made me feel like he was a friend that you could have a great time with. I would prefer if all room service was this way. I love this hotel and its staff. P.S ( You a real one ) :)
Excellent hotel and the location is absolutely stunning!!! There were many restaurants near by, bars, baseball stadium, and many stores to go shopping. I loved the experience! Would definitely recommend and return.
It was my first time visit to downtown El Paso. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would like to give a special shout out to Nori who made my visit just a little bit better. Her warmth and knowledge of the area made my stay just a little bit better. The Hotel is lucky to have someone like her. Great job.

Comfortable hotel in a central location. The building is beautiful, especially the bar. However what made the stay excellent was the staff - they went above and beyond with the service. I ordered room service and Dio gave me great recommendations for food and quick service! I had a few packages arrive and staff went out of the way to deliver to my room in a timely manner. Also I love how the lobby has a coffee bar! The strawberry cream cheese pastry is a must try and caramel macchiato. The barista was also such a sweetheart! Overall, comfortable and welcoming stay. Everyone is so kind and helpful.
I would never go back to this hotel. My colleague and I went to El Paso on business and made reservations at this hotel three weeks prior. We checked in the day before and arrived around 3:00 pm after a long day of travel. The front desk girl told us that they OVER SOLD the property and were putting us in another hotel. I told her we had checked in previously and no one called to ask if that was okay to book us somewhere else. There were five people out of the whole hotel that were being routed other places. Just totally unacceptable since the option they gave us wasn't that great! On top of that, the front desk girl was rude and flippant about it. How does a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel oversell a hotel? What crappy customer service and another reason why I will stay at a Hilton property next time!!!!
The spa was wonderful. Got an amazing massage from Desiree. She had great knowledge and recommendations for what I needed and delivered wonderfully. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will go back again next time I’m in town.
I didn’t stay at the hotel but had the breakfast buffet at Sabor. Great food, and my server Carlos was the nicest. He told me some stories of when he waited on Paul McCartney. Lots of Beatles fans in El Paso btw
As a surprise, I decided to treat my parents to a little getaway for their anniversary, while they were visiting from Kansas. A friend recommended Hotel Paso Del Norte. I visited the hotel prior to booking in order to get a feel for the atmosphere of the hotel. I was greeted by Sebastian who answered my MANY questions and provided me with very detailed information regarding what the hotel had to offer and the sites within walking distance of the hotel. I happily booked! On the day of their anniversary, William L. called me to discuss their anniversary surprise and to assure me that the diabetic concerns I had shared earlier had been taken into account. After their stay, my parents went on and on about their amazing experience--from the beauty of the hotel itself to their dining experience. They forgot they were in their 70's and felt like teenagers again!
