I've been going to this Dunkin for a few years now. Staff has always been friendly and helpful it's rare that they get my order wrong, but when they do, they are always very kind and quick to correct it. I always appreciate them going out of their way to make sure I had a good experience.

Just about everything we ordered was given to us wrong. We corrected one item, only to get the wrong item again. The hazelnut iced coffee had no flavor whatsoever, and when we took it back, the response was, "because you got sugar free." It has never been this flavorless in the past. They took forever for an Everything Bagel. Not a good visit. Had to settle for a donut with sprinkles after receiving the wrong one twice. ?

Order was ready on time. The muffin I had ordered wasn’t available. But I was given multiple replacement options. Otherwise order was correct. On my visit, store seem to be run by a couple young kids. They were very polite and professional. Coffee and treats were very tasty. Probably the best Dunkin’ I’ve been to.
