I came to this location; and asked the cashier of name karen before ordering my food if they had potato flautas; she said yes; didnt even care to double check. I paid with cash and they didn't had change, common its a business; and no change on a lunch hour... Im waiting for my order; and then she comes saying they dont have any. Like really??? I asked twice. I asked for the managers name and cashier name didnt wanted to provide hes name. Im never returning to this location.

The food is good. But compared to the original basen in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, MX this place is bad. The difference is the waiters don't take your order. They only bring you the food, we received our food before our drinks. We even had to remind The water that we were missing our drinks. The owner's are probably exploiting the labor laws since he only has to pay a tipped worker $2.13 Instead of $7.25. The tables are always dirty and the floors are coated with a film of grease making it very slippery.

This restaurant is a good place to eat at. We went recently i was very disappointed the Chile station very dirty. I have worked in the food industry before. I was taught fifo.. the staff was like what ever.... cashier sticking her fingers in the cup while serving ice to fill them up.. was disgusting 🫣 to see that.. we brought our food home there were plenty of tables available..
