This is the worst buffet you wanna go to! Chicken nuggets they were hard as a rock, the sopa, arroz con leche, the caldo de rez, the chile Colorado, chile verde and the menudo everything that has to do with liquid the kitchen people and the waitress they just keep adding water and the food is watery.Also the lettuce and tomatoes uff those they was looking like they put some bad tomatoes wrinkle, old, and the lettuce turning black like if it was bad! This people don’t care if the customer get contaminated by putting bad food! Health department should be called on this restaurant! Just to make the food to last more! You wouldn’t see them change the food to warm. The females there they are so worry about the guys there in the kitchen instead of the customers! To bring the tortillas they took 10-15 minutes to bring them out to our table! We told the waitress that the food was tooooooooo watery which you can tell that it was watery and the waitress told the lady on pink and said a comment very unprofessional! Of course my kids and family left all the food in the table and she made it look like we like it not knowing that the waitress came to pick up our plates full of food! If you really wanna eat a good buffet and good food go to the one on Montana. This people are very unprofessional, rude and the food is very yuck! DISGUSTING! DISGUSTING!!!
I couldn't believe it, I asked for a broth to take away without meat, just with vegetables and they gave me water, it's not the same Galicians anymore, a hiba and everything was delicious. I recommend that you think about it when you want to go or want to order. I didn't check my order and sadness I give them a zero and I won't go again 😡😡

Service differs from visit to visit. Lady at the front said to sit anywhere, I wanted a table bit it was closed and she said it was ok. The waitress gave me a dirty look, brought me my drink and never saw her after that. This was the only time I had an issue, I usually love this place. Buffet at a reasonable price. I'll still go back.
Very disappointed in my last visit to Gallegos on Dyer. Most dishes were flooded with oil or protein fat. Most popular dishes such Caldo de Pollo, Caldo de Rez and Chile Colorado were just not eatable. There was so much fat from the protein that the broth was thick in consistency. Just a bad experience.
It is the first time that I take the time to make a review in Spanish but this one deserves it and I hope the owners take note. What a lack of respect for the Comezales who sponsor this business. The food was so poorly prepared that it should be thrown in the trash instead of sold to our poor people who, with sacrifice, give themselves the luxury of going out to eat on Sunday. The thick butter broths, the red chili dancing in oil, the garlic-flavored mole, the buttery rice, the rice pudding cooked in water and without any further additions. I saw how the Comezales went around the bar without knowing what to drink because most of the main dishes were disgusting. I'm not exaggerating and there are the cameras as my witnesses. Please!!!! Just because it is a Mexican restaurant, it is not acceptable to serve crappy food.

Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting!!! Our server sweet and helpful but the food is by far the worst it has ever been. Our family has dined there for years, probably since it was ever opened but quality has gone down tremendously. Food is old, burnt, and does not have good taste. The restrooms are filthy and need desperate upgrades. The cashier had us waiting a good 10 minutes before she even bothered to acknowledge us. She was too busy chatting it up with someone outside. She came in with an attitude and in a hurry, and on top of that did not take our feedback very well. Price is simply not worth it and customer service makes it all worse.
