Food is basically good, service is better than average and the restaurant is nor a luxury, high end restaurant but it series it's purpose. It's a buffet restaurant, plenty of food and several basic choices to pick from.Kid-friendliness: It's a buffet. If your children like basic Mexican food, than they're going to like it.
I think the shrimp in the cocktail were sponges, they were very hard and had a lot of juice coming out, I was hoping there would be more variety of foods

This is by far the best Mexican food. And I’ve lived in El Paso my whole life. There was not one thing that disappointed me from their buffet. The service was phenomenal. It’s self seating but right away you are acknowledged as soon as you sit down. Amazing. Don’t hesitate to come here.

Terrible, terrible. Two very immature servants. Cashier with attitude must be related to owner and the waitress, only came to our table once. Both of them spent the time laughing and on Facebook.Need to change. Menu for buffet not enough. Needs to make more selections

Very friendly servers open bar to all you can eat love the fact that they have Menudo two chicken nuggets to a taco to enjoy and it’s all hot and fresh. There was always somebody at the bar checking on the food, stirring it or replacing it really enjoyed. Great place for families to go to if everybody wants to eat something different.Parking: Always found a parking upfront even though it seemed like a lot of people were there there was unavailable parking. It seems to flow very nicely with people going in and out so there seems to be a parking every time.
Hair in the food, meat was cold, dirty, no paper in bathrooms, only good food is the chips and the chicken nuggets, waitress didn't bring the dr pepper I ordered until i asked again, if I could give this place 0 stars i would ??????

Food was ok nothing great about it. Nice selection of food on buffet. Except most of the food was cold and some dried out from being warmed too long. Place is very run down. Staff was ok, not as helpful as they should be with customers. Prices were reasonable compared to other similar places. Couldn't understand why they are closed so early 6pm, but they close the kitchen at 530pm. Some customers were turned away because they wanted to place orders to go from menu. All because kitchen closes early, only buffet available but you can't order it to go.
Too expensive for cold buffet.
