Me and some friends went to this bar. The server Gabriella tried to scam us charging us several times on our cards. She actually believed that we weren’t going to notice. Embarrassing.

This is possibly one of the best bars in this city. It was clean & everyone was helpful, particularly Gabriela (Gaby). She helped out my crew and I by taking our drink order & I even noticed she was doing bottle service throughout the bar. She gave us a breakdown on how much certain drinks were and even told us a little history on the hotel. Whenever we go back, I definitely want her to help us out. 10/10

What can you say, Roxanne(Rox), Gian, Natalie(NAT) and Conrad were simply amazing! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the area and again like when I checked in it’s almost as if I felt like I was a part of the family, and I have known them for a long time. Not only were their drinks amazing they were reasonably priced and again everybody was so warm and welcoming, and anytime I’m in El Paso even if I can’t stay at this hotel, which I really would like to I’ll definitely be at this bar to see my crew

Natalie at El Mirador is hands down one of the best bartenders in town. Her cocktails are consistently excellent—well-balanced, creative, and made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell she truly cares about her craft, and every drink is made to perfection.
Dylan and Roxanne are equally outstanding and help make El Mirador a top destination for cocktails. They are professional, friendly, and attentive, and the quality of drinks is always consistent no matter who is behind the bar. Love the lobby and the dome room, the food was very good, try the bar on the 10th floor is nice. Though it cold if you are up there , so bring a jacket there was heater but they were turn off the staff keeps them off even you ask. But you can smoke up there but only in serotonin areas you can.
Came to the rooftop bar for the first time on Saturday, 9/6/2025. Atmosphere and staff were amazing, but the DJ was horrible. Couldn't even transition properly between songs. The music was probably the biggest disappointment of the night. Just as you would get into a song he would go into a completely different genre. Like how hard could it possibly be to transition into the next song? I could've been the DJ if that was the case

The team at El Mirador are absolutely incredible! I hosted a gathering for my medical and dental school class, and the team received us so graciously. Extra special thank you Myra, who gave me a tour of all the services, and wrote up a beautiful proposal for my almost 100 (estimated) guests. Thank you also to all the bartenders, security (who found and saved a lost phone), and to Jordan and Roxanne, who made our night so special. You all are amazing!

This place has a very cool casual elegance!!! The staff were amazing.....very polite...Informative...and quick with very tasteful drinks. The outdoor patio seating is superb and perfect for conversation. Glad to have personaly discovered this location and definitely look forward to coming back!!!!
