Mocambo Restaurant is inhumane, POOR SPIRITED, owner is rude, money hungry for not serving WATER. First time in my life that I was denied a glass of water AT 107 DEGREES OUTSIDE... waitress's excuse was that they don't want people to get SICK...but they do have a $2.00 water available...they just want us to BUY IT. We are not in Juarez Mr. Mocambo owner...Para su informacion, El agua de El Paso esta limpia. El Paso water is drinkable. Also, they serve small portions...I recommend not going....if you are Thirsty.

As usual they ask what you want to drink so we order a glass of water and tea while we decided on the meal. I wanted to order a combo which included the drink but I couldn't have the the tea as my drink, it had to be a soda can. You would think that for business purposes the tea is cheapest than canned drinks but for them it was an extra $2.99 that I would be spending. So I ordered a $2.99 burrito instead of the $9 combo. They as well don't give refills on the tea and don't serve iced water....you must pay $1.85 for a 16oz bottled water. Bad service, bad business sense. If you like greasy food and don't mind paying for every glass of tea or for water that everyone else gives as a courtesy then this would be a good place for you. As for me no thank you.
