The food is delicious. Very friendly service and clean place. I have tried their gorditas, mendudo and burgers. everything has been so so good. I can say it has become one of my faves to go eat at. 😁
This was our go to place for tacos de buche. Service was always great and friendly. My daugter and son-inlaw would always want to eat here when visiting from out of town. Hope this place re-opens

Mocambo is a long-standing restaurant that offers delicious food and excellent service. Located across the street from Chamizal Community Center, this place has a rich history dating back to the 60s. Guests recommend trying the red enchiladas, gordita plate, buche tacos, and milanesa torta. The small tacos de buche are a must-try, especially when paired with a Mexican coke. While the jukebox music might be a bit loud for some, the fast and friendly service makes up for it. Parking is convenient, with the option to park at the Chamizal Community Center. If you're in the mood for authentic Mexican cuisine, Mocambo is worth a visit.
