I got the New York Steamer.
The bun was great, golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The meat was pretty good quality.
It was a little heavy on the mayo for my taste, it covered the flavour of the meat a little, plus the mustard should have been more fowarded than the mayo. Otherwise, a pretty good sandwhich.

I was so happy to see a Firehouse Subs in El Paso, the Italian was excellent! Service was ok... only because I compared it to the Firehouse Subs in Colorado... I always felt welcomed by the friendly staff who were very engaging.
Service was the usual for El Paso, the staff took my order, made my food, not engaging or that engaging.

What a fantastic first experience at Firehouse Subs at The Fountains in El Paso, all thanks to Tyler! I popped in today, my very first time trying a Firehouse sub, and I can confidently say I'm officially a fan. Tyler was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which really made the visit enjoyable. I decided on the Cajun Chicken Sub, and let me tell you, it was absolutely great. The flavors were spot on and it was cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be back for another!
