Usual, standard corporate restaurant, experience where the workers are beaten down attitude, the sandwich I ate was a New York steamer was a pastrami sandwich, it was more like a Cleveland steamer. As well, the de Soto fountain was not working so I got to drink warm Diet Coke with my meal. All in all it was a horrible experience I will not be returning. $15 for a subpar sandwich.
Update: 2023Food and service continues to be very good. I have stopped to eat several times before heading into Lowe’s.Very friendly and fast. Food was fresh and good. Will definitely come back again. Very family friendly.

Firehouse Subs are delicious. I don't know who is in charge of management but there needs to be some changes. It's happened twice I order online and one of the sandwich is done wrong. When you pick up your order in time. Staff are just standing talking. Still working on your order. Get home missing items you ordered and paid for. Needs attention to detail, or customers will find elsewhere.
