Yesterday we visited this restaurant on Yarborough. My guest's French fries were fried beyond burned. As I finish my Coke zero, there was a dead fly in the bottom of my glass. When I called it to the waiter's attention, he just grabbed my glass and brought me another soda. I refused it. At the end both fries and coke were on the check. Luckily there was no charge for the meat in my Coke. Scratch this place from our list of restaurants to go back to.
Ordered takeout at the Yarbrough location and coleslaw was missing from battered fish dish, and onions and cheese from the green chili cheese steakburger. Very disappointed considering the higher prices for these dishes than most places. Contacted the manager and she said she would credit all missing items the next time we patronize Great American Steakburger. NOT GOING BACK!

Great American Steakburger offers great service and delicious food, with ample parking available. The food is extremely fresh and the environment is welcoming. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The brisket burger and chicken strips are highly recommended, and the Haddock is also tender, juicy, and very well seasoned. All the sides are enjoyable. It is a great experience and highly recommended.
