I have been to this location several times and always feel the experience comes up short. The employees behind counter always seem to be more focused on their conversations than helping. Two times, I was the only one in line and had to wait 8 minutes to order a black coffee. Recently, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it took almost 40 minutes for it to come out. The coffee is okay, but will be looking for another spot

As a major coffee drinker, i ordered medium coffee which was too strong and cold. The coffee grinding container needs to be cleaned. There's a lot of oil stains from old coffee that needs cleaning because then your fresh brew taste is altered. The seating area is dirty as well it needs a major deep clean. Hashbrowns with cheese were good. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich was bland and oily even though the bacon was over cooked. The abuelita donut was delicious but I would have loved it if it was not cold. Service was also subpar. 1st time and last.

STOP. I know what you're thinking, "it can't be all that bad". IT IS THAT BAD, LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for someone to get on the intercom and take my order, I drove up to the window and waited instead. Plenty of workers passed by the window and never acknowledged me. The best part.... IT WASNT EVEN BUSY. It was a ghost town inside the restaurant and parking lot. Listen to the reviews. Awful, awful, service it doesn't matter if it's busy or not. You will wait because no one wants to work in there. It could potentially be a managerial problem if it's consistently THAT BAD. Beware.

I’ve been here about 3 times now. They never have the full menu of donuts available and their donuts are very greasy and heavy. Their coffee isn’t that great. It’s always really bitter and strong.

Donuts had no flavor. Only 3 selections at the time. Took forever for 2 coffees. Short staffed. Too much talking amongst the few employees. Don’t recommend.

These donuts come from a a place of a passion and it shows in the quality of the donuts and the atmosphere built around them. I keep coming back because the prices, donuts and cold coffee are great!

Should have listened to the other reviewers. The staff doesn't seem to understand when you don't want something on your sandwich. I don't eat meat and ordered JUST egg and cheese. The sandwich arrived with bacon, mayo, and tomato as well. I didn't realize I had to also say no mayo or tomato when I said just egg and cheese so that is on me and I'll know better if we ever try here again. When mentioned that the order was supposed to be just egg and cheese the very same person who took the order asked "oh did you order it like that?" Yes, yes I did and you took the order... Also got almond milk instead of oat which is fine but not what I ordered. Coffee and donuts are fine. Will keep looking for a go-to coffee shop.

went a few times. customer service was slow. they were open but no employees to be see anywhere. they finally popped. look it's been a while donuts are different and good but not 3$ each good. it a donut. stopped going haven't been back

Got there at 0800 when they opened, the service was friendly and fast. Ordered an iced tea blueberry and turkey egg white sandwich. Both were delicious, warning the iced tea is tart or maybe I needed to request sugar/agave. The only other downside was the large looked a little smaller than normal drink sizes.
I went here after reading many negative reviews so I was leery. The food was good, the service was friendly and quick. Coffee was excellent. Indoor seating is small but a good ambiance. We will be back. I think some of these reviews have unrealistic expectations for a small casual cafe and that's why ratings were poor.

I went through their drive through this morning and asked for a matcha latte. I had to repeat my order to her at least 4 times that it was a matcha latte, when she kept placing my order as a regular latte. For a drive through, you'd think they would run faster especially in the mornings, but I waited at least 10 minutes in line before even approaching the window (there was only one person in front of me who only ordered one coffee), and once I get there they say they're out of matcha...it would've been nice to know that before I placed my order and wasted 10 minutes when I could've already been driving to my lecture. I rarely come here so idk if thats an ongoing problem they have

Took a while to get my breakfast sandwich. I went 5/23/22 at around 9:15ish. I didn't get my sandwich until close to 9:50. It also came without the cheesy hash browns.
