The noise in the George Dieter location due to the lack of any acoustic treatment on the ceiling ruins the experience. Having older parents and having to yell at them at a table so they can hear is not enjoyable for anyone. It’s a shame as the food and service are always great. Please address the noise levels for all of your patrons and employees.
lordered over the phone was told ready within 20 to 25 minutes which was not an issue got there with in about 23 minutes. Waited 15 minutes in my vehicle nobody went up to my car. I got off went to the front counter and was told pretty rude to go to table by bar. Went and stood there for about 5 minutes before someone asked if I was picking up my order. Got my order it was incomplete was missing the Chile con queso for the flautas. menu shows

service, attention, fast service, friendly, cleanness, felt welcome, reasonable prices. The staff went out of their way to make my special needs brother feel special on his Birthday. They sang a birthday son with joy and warm wishes. Thank you for the awesome job!
