This has got to be the worst managed ihop I have ever been to. One time they only had 2 employees, the cook and the waitress. Our waitress today (red hair) 4/19 was a sweetheart though. But the restaurant seems tired, empty and lacks life. Came at 10PM.

The young kid who served me was very polite; despite me being fatigued and tired from work, his friendly attitude helped me w my mood :) the hot chocolate was in a really big cup which I liked, pancakes were really good too. Only complaint is that the omelette wasn't spicy enough, but the server was quick to get me hot sauce ?

Their food was really tasty, but since there were too many people, many students, it was an exaggerated noise and the waitress lacked attention, perhaps because of the work she had... But what we didn't like was the exaggerated noise that was there, like never... Thank you.

4/4/24 I went with my wife and kid around 8:30pm and there was only like 3-4 tables occupied, and the rest of the restaurant empty. We got told by the worker at the entrance to wait 10 minutes so we did. Then he comes back and tells us 5 more minutes, and we were there for approximately 20 minutes waiting to be sat down, but we ended up leaving to another ihop location

Ordered our food online for curbside. The food was cold and tasted like cardboard. I had to go inside to get our order, even though we had asked for curbside. We won't be going back

Had the worst service of my life with this location. Food was good , but my server (guy with ponytail and glasses) kept forgetting what I ordered , asked if we needed refills but quickly turned away like if we stopped existing (WEIRD!), over charged us, and forgot half of our food. He had trouble with the things we got from the menu. I think he was on crack or something.Night manager came in clutch tho and tipped him instead.

We were a party of 4, and it was about 10 am. The wait was less than 30 minutes after being seated. Valerie, the waitress, came and took our drink order. we let her know we were ready to place our order, and she told us to wait and left to get the drink after bringing the drinks and taking our order, which took some time when they brought the order two out of the 5 orders were wrong Valerie came I brought part of one order and stated she would bring the rest later we were all done we had to walk up to her and ask for our ticket once more ask us to wait we keep watching going back and forth and won't bring our ticket once again we all got up and asked her for it and AGAIN she said to wait cause she was ringing out a large party I asked to Speak to a manager and she told me he was in the kitchen and was busy she took her time ring the other tickets before ring ours I understand it was Sunday and it was busy but when I see our waitress moving to get their tables and checking to see if they are doing fine then you got Valerie taking the order wrong and never came back with the rest of the order and being rude with her responses I feel she need customer service training
