Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
i had the dubai chocolate pancakes and they were fantastic! looked just like the picture too!

IHOP offers tasty pancakes and a big cup of hot chocolate, served by polite staff. Recently, customers noticed that the tables already had wrapped silverware at each place setting, which gave the place a fast food or mom-and-pop feel. This setup seemed less clean, as the silverware was handled multiple times, increasing the risk of germs. The atmosphere can be noisy, especially with many students, which affects the overall experience. Some food, like the Bacon Avocado eggs Benedict, was served lukewarm and too salty, and potatoes were not as crispy as requested. However, the strawberry and banana pancakes received positive comments. Service can be slow at times, with waiters checking on customers only once during a visit. Despite these issues, during a celebratory brunch, the staff was friendly and attentive. The Pancake combo-Banana Foster Pancakes was enjoyed, and the Big Steak Omelette and Oreo Cookie Crumble Waffle were liked by the grandsons. One of the waffles was disappointing because it seemed the chef forgot to mix the Oreos into the batter, with crushed Oreos only on top instead. Customers appreciate the good food and friendly service but note that the noise level and setup may impact their experience. Online curbside pickup might result in cold, cardboard-tasting food, so visiting the restaurant is recommended for the best taste.
