I was pretty upset today walking into crave, we went in took our seats, and literally sat there for 15 minutes without anykind of service. Everyone (which was only two other tables) else were tended to promptly. It was only until we decided to get up and leave that a lady came up to us only to sarcastically announce a ,"oh thank you" as a food industry worker I could understand If they were packed, but there was only 3 tables. A 2 top, a four top who already ordered, and us, a 3 top. Crave, yall need to work on that. Highly disappointed.

Was told that their kitchen was closing 2 hours before their closing time. I understand if it's slow but the place was empty. At least put a sign or something saying you don't want customers. I get it if we arrived 30 mins before closing or even 40mins but 2 hours before closing??
Everything was great had the chicken & waffles with sweet potato fries ? and the drink are great too!

I’ve been getting the burger special to go every time and have always been getting the special. Today that I call to get it to go the server tells me only dine inn. I talked to the manager and said he has been working since they open and has never been like that. Liers never again will I be ordering from there!!!!

I went with my daughter yesterday for some breakfast, food and service was amazing but as I was leaving, I saw the manager taking what looked like a shot in the back of the restaurant! Then goes on to kiss it up with a man next to her. Very unprofessional!! At least do it in private lady!
