She was so helpful and even got me to join rewards right then and there which helped me get a free cookie and lower costs on original price. Her service made my cookies taste even better. The usual employees are always so bleh and drained. She was amazing!! My experience today was so great!

It’s a cookie. Didn’t knock my socks off, but then again service was horrible. Bad service always leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Instant regret going in there. Why you gotta be so rude? No Customer service skills at all. No Greeting when you walk in. I stare at you like you’re an Interruption of their day. I’ll give you a three for the cookie and zero for the customer service.

The cashier Ian was so kind and he was playing good music that my boyfriend liked as well. the brownie was really warm and Ian was genuinely so nice!! Love coming here and going to keep coming!
