“EMPLOYEES NEVER GREET ANYONE THEY ALWAYS LOOK ANNOYED. TO THE OWNER ~ DIDN'T HAVE A GOOD TIME. RESTAURANT WAS FILTHY BATHROOM WAS DISGUSTING. IF YOU'RE TRYING TO BE FUNNY WITH YOUR COMMENT IT DIDN'T WORK. WE WERE HUNGRY AND MADE A BAD DECISION TO STOP THERE. A MISTAKE WE WILL NEVER MAKE AGAIN AT THIS PLACE.“
“I had a frustrating situation and there was a mix up but when I went back Eli was able to sort everything out. He had a very good attitude and saved the night. Excellent customer service. More people should be like Eli. This happened on 7/11 at 10:30 pm. Thank you Eli :)“
“Went last Friday during the lunch rush. I had ordered on the app and went inside to pick up my food. The manager was very busy getting orders but still was very friendly and courteous and assisted me. I ordered incorrectly and he took the time to help me fix my order. Best Jack in the box on the west side.“

“Good food, personel can speak spanish, and they try to help you as long as they can, some bad issue is that the jack heads for your antenna are not abailable any more its sad, because it was like the tradition, i mean, iknow cars dont have the same antenna as years ago, but they could meke different kind of jack souvenir or something anyways, still like the place and food, i'll be back“
“I meet a fellow Veteran friend weekly for breakfast & we rotate around the local fast food joints.
What I like about Jack's is that I can, if I so choose, get a burger for breakfast, which I did this time. I think it was a double smash burger w cheese & bacon. I 4got the name. But I like my burgers juicy. I always avoided smash burgers bc I thought they smash the... juiceiness out of them. Some places do. But not Jack's. It was scrumpdiliicious!
And the lady at the counter who helped was great. We'll be back... once the circle is complete!

“We came here 15 years ago just to grab a bite to eat on our lunch brake and 13 buses that got washed as just co-workers and now we have been married 10 years and still happy best friends! “The cashier went to hand me my iced tea and as she did the lid popped off. Somewhat horrified she grabbed the drink back and redid the lid so that it was correct. As I was bringing the cup of iced tea back into the car, I turned to pull away and she's handing me several more napkins to wipe my hand.. we are both laughing, thankful and grateful, it was a good day to be at Jack In The box with an extreme sausage sandwich breakfast meal, number 25 on the menu. Breakfast served all day long!“
“Overall this place is a go to for midnight munchies and cravings, been going here for years now and I recommend drive thru rather than doordash. I have come across more issues with items missing or wrong with delivery. My go to is always a oreo shake and jalapeño poppers (poppers go great with their honey mustard and for my spicy folk the siracha sauce) got skip out on their tacos, pretty good for their price ? enjoy!!“
