IF YOU'RE TRYING TO BE FUNNY WITH YOUR COMMENT IT DIDN'T WORK. WE WERE HUNGRY AND MADE A BAD DECISION TO STOP THERE. A MISTAKE WE WILL NEVER MAKE AGAIN AT THIS PLACE.“

“I had a frustrating situation and there was a mix up but when I went back Eli was able to sort everything out. He had a very good attitude and saved the night. Excellent customer service. More people should be like Eli. This happened on 7/11 at 10:30 pm. Thank you Eli :)“
“I went in today during the lunch rush at noon and request a big dessert order . Again probably not the best time to order but the female manager on duty was very professional she check to see if she could accommodate my order. Her customer service was above a beyond while taking care of my order she was also taking care of other customers orders as well ... You have a great leader and needed to praise great service.. and hope she gets the feed back that her Leadership is not unnoticed“
“My daughter and me, my daughter was hungry for some egg rolls, and I wanted a hamburger, so she picked out Jack in the box. It was nice to walk in quiet friendly atmosphere. The attendant not forcing me in front of a screen to order by myself. Was happy to take our order fast and courteous What's very helpful,. Enjoyed dinner with my daughter. Thanks Jack!!“

They are polite and do care about their customers, recently they got my order wrong and the manager Moises, went above and beyond to make it right! They replaced my whole order! Greatly appreciated! “I received my order and was disappointed to find my food not up to standard. The burgers were missing cheese, and the drinks lacked syrup and were watered down. When I returned today, the lead/manager on duty promptly addressed the issues. I strongly recommend this Jack in the Box staff, who went above and beyond to make things right.“

“The cashier went to hand me my iced tea and as she did the lid popped off. Somewhat horrified she grabbed the drink back and redid the lid so that it was correct. As I was bringing the cup of iced tea back into the car, I turned to pull away and she's handing me several more napkins to wipe my hand.. we are both laughing, thankful and grateful, it was a good day to be at Jack In The box with an extreme sausage sandwich breakfast meal, number 25 on the menu. Breakfast served all day long!“
“Absolutely loveee jack in the box!! Their burgers and wide selection made it a no brainer at dinner time. We spend less here then any other fast food place and get almost double the food. We eat it so fast every time we never have a chance to get pictures. The associates are always very nice and get the food out hot and fast“
