The problem they had is that if they are taking order in the front desk they are taking orders by the drive thru at the same time and when the customers needs to return something about the order they get mad and had an attitude, like today I order I small unsweetened tea and the cashier wrote sweet, so she call the manager to charge me, and she gave me sweet so I ask her to change it and she did, but this is what it is the employees do not pay attention to customers when they...read full review

We ordered from the app, and they forgot the brownie we ordered. When we pointed it out, they simply stated that they were out of them with no solution. We asked if we could get something else instead, and we were only offered an order of churros that cost less than the brownie. Not to mention that 2 different employees offered us the wrong order. Not the usual service we get here.
