This place was a completely horrible experience. Came by for a quick bite as my wife wanted a teriyaki bowl, so I got a burger with "Only" cheese and mayo.When served, I tell the gentleman at the counter that the order was wrong since there was ketchup spilling out of it. To which he replies with a horrible attitude after looking up at his screen that the order was correct. I informed him that it was "Only" cheese and mayo, and he said in a rude tone, "Well, that's not what I have here!".I said, "Well, Sir, she got the order incorrect ", it was "Only" cheese and mayo! He made the obnoxious sound with his teeth, rolled his eyes like a child, and walked away.Once the order came back, the meats were crispi, and the cheese was cold! How do you get cold cheese on an order you just made?Folks save your money and eat anywhere else unless you like being treated like trash. They should pay you to eat here, not the other way around! How sad!

Ordered a large combo while substitute the fries for onion rings, was told they only give one size for onion rings, so they ripped me off because of I order a large with fries I get a large fries with the order!!!!
