I usually don't have an issue with this location. Food is always fresh, hot and prepped in a timely manner. Which of course I don't mind waiting for my food as long as it is FRESH. I stepped in to use the restrooms tonight and it smelled like sewer. The toilet bowl was over flooded and tissue paper all over the place. The mirror was not visible, it was all scratched up. I have enjoyed the food from Jack's, especially their breakfast sandwiches. However, the last three sandwiches from this store on Artcraft had egg shells in them! I can't bring myself to get them anymore. Very sad. I just can't do it anymore.
