Jalisco Birria absolutely blew me away. The birria tacos were insanely good — tender, flavorful meat with consommé that was rich and delicious. Every bite was packed with bold, authentic flavor. The service was top-notch: friendly, fast, and welcoming. The food truck park setting added a great, laid-back vibe. Easily some of the best birria I’ve ever had — can’t wait to go back!

Delicious queso birria. Crispy tortilla, tasty meat and their sauce pretty damn good. I would come back.

If you thinking between this place or across from it. I tried both, this place for sure wins.

Quesabirria tacos were good, not greasy and they had a good amount of meat. Only thing is that they give you a tiny amount of salsa, not enough for the 4 tacos if you like salsa. It was literally barely enough for 2 tacos. Other than that it was good.
