“The first time I was at this restaurant I was amazed; the food was flavorful and delicious. My second time we brought another couple so that they could also taste that delicious food, but I was a little disappointed with our waitress, and four of us with one grill on the table were challenged to cook. This third time that I brought more friends, a total of seven people, was more disappointing because all of us wanted to order food that we could grill, and with seven people and one grill on the table, it is difficult. Regardless, I am looking forward to the flavors that await us, as this restaurant never disappoints with its delicious offerings. I just hope that the service improves this time, as a good experience is just as important as the food itself. Armela“

“We got out off an appointment late and needed to find something that served gf and were still open. I was so grateful they were willing to take our order even though we came in towards the end of the night. They were patient and explained my gf options. They even provided convenient containers with plenty of broth to-go do or meal would be fresh if we were taking it some distance. We would love to come back when in the area sometime.“

“Wow! What an incredible dining experience. I cannot thank Christian, the owner, enough for accommodating our large group last minute. His flexibility and willingness to ensure everyone had a fantastic time truly set the tone for the evening. Andrew, our server, was simply outstanding. From start to finish, everything was flawless. Five stars all around for Christian, Andrew, and the entire team!“

“just love. I totally recommend coming on weekdays instead of weekends. Cheaper, you get more attention from servers, cause on weekends things can get hectic for staff and you can’t really blame them. The food is just amazing though, in love!!“

“The food was really good, had really been wanting to try it out, the only thing is that it was a bit too salty for me, and just wish it had more vegetables. Recommend trying😁“

“Amazing place! Great food! Great service! And the ambiance is stunning. From a bridge over a pond of fishes, to the warmth lighting, to the delicious food. Forgot to take photos. We had the sashimi platter, steak & shrimp plate. The onion soup is delicious.“

“Been coming here for years, the high quality and tasty food has stayed consistent, I’ve never had a negative experience or anything but an awesome experience coming here. The only thing is it may be busy but they get through lines real quick! So even the wait time isn’t that bad even at their busiest! 10/10 would recommend.“

“Koze is a clean, well kept Japanese grill. The food was fresh and plentiful. The service was prompt and courteous and our grand kids had a blast watching the chef work his culinary magic. My grand daughter told me she would like him to prepare her dinner every night. Come to think of it, so would I.“

“Finally made it over here and I was quite satisfied. The enthralling delivery via the conveyor belt was definitely an experience. I like the fact that you can sit down and start pulling plates off the belt. Ideal for superseding the ordering process. Some items are not featured on the belt, but are quickly produced upon request such as their Spam musubi. The seats are a little too close and I kept touching this dudes elbow and he made a comment. I wanted to put wasabi in his eyes.“

“Everything that I tried was amazing, very good quality food for a reasonable price. And the ambiance and interior design was immaculate. Customer service was 10/10, a robot brought me my kids food I grabbed it and dropped my drink and they immediately cleaned everything and offered brand new utensils and refill 🤌🏽“

“I went with a coworker who had a craving for Japanese food. I'm allergic to soybeans, so there wasn't a lot on the menu I could eat lol. The staff was soooo nice trying to find anything I could eat. They recommended the spicy seafood udon. It was delicious and my first time trying squid. Lovely people, delicious food.“

“Love coming here for the past 12 years. Has my favorite sushi roll of all time, the french kiss roll. Very nice service all the time, great portions.
Wish there was an option for steamed gyoza, not just fried, but that's just me being picky, it's still delicious.
If you're calling ahead or putting in an order, just make sure to verify which location it is, as there's another one in El Paso. Nothing negative to say about either place, just something that could cause confusion. The employees usually clarify upon answering anyway, but there's always someone who misses it over the phone when unprompted, if they don't know about it. So, fyi.“
