I placed an order online yesterday, which the wait time said 15min. Went shopping in the area for around 25min to give them a few more minutes on my order. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff had not even started working on my order. I waited about 1 hour for an online order that said 15min and still gave them extra time to process.
