Cooks need to train at almost any other Mexican restaurant in El Paso. Julio’s enchiladas, while flavorful, are dry and under-cooked. They appear to be pre-made with enchilada sauce added at the last minute to melt the cheese and cook the enchiladas. We were a party of 5 who were recently disappointed in my birthday celebration meal. Floor manager said “I’m sorry. I’ll tell the cooks.” but did nothing to fix our meals.
