I wish that a better chicken place was open at the time, I went there through the drive-thru, noticed that there were two new items on their menu, decided to try them both, Korean BBQ Chicken Nuggets and Apple Pie Poppers, I also ordered my regular combo #13 classic chicken sandwich with no pickles, I ordered sweet tea for the drink, but when I got it, I tasted it, as I always do, and it was terrible, it didn't taste like sweet tea at all, so I asked to exchange it for lemonade, the cashier or drive-thru worker was very rude, and said "I guess sir" after looking at me for a second, very bad experience with that cashier/drive-thru worker, I got home, tried the Korean BBQ Chicken Nuggets first, and was appalled at the sauce to chicken ratio, absolutely insulting, 25% to 75% is the ratio I saw, photos will be added, I did enjoy the apple pie poppers, however, the classic chicken sandwich, I did ask for no pickles but I tried to ask for maybe some lettuce, or some tomatoes, and they said they didn't do that, KFC needs to get with the times, lettuce and tomatoes are not expensive, at all, and it would probably be a good business opportunity to add lettuce and tomatoes to a sandwich for a up-charge, example, deluxe, from McDonald's. Overall, service was a fail, atmosphere was terrible, and the food was passable at best, only really enjoyed the dessert, pretty bad experience KFC.

Wanted a chicken sandwich, but they only had spicy. OK, I'll take spicy. Well, the extremely unpersonable employee at the counter called me back up by waving at me like she was directing traffic to tell me it would be a ten minute wait. I didn't want to wait, so I settled for two chicken little sandwiches for $8.46. You would think the girl at the counter would have apologized, but she didn't. And while I still waited for my chicken littles, a quick pick-up customer came in, and HIS order wasn't even on their radar. No apologies to him, either. Service at this location is not top notch for sure!

My experience here today had to be the worst ever the girl called us a liar about fries and was just sooo rude her nameIs Ruby but manager was very nice about the situation and and I reported her to corporate because I have never experience anything like this and I worked for fast food places so i understand however the food was good
It has been a while since we've had KFC. We have been going to Church's for their strips. However, the strips at Church's are 90% crust and 10% chicken. KFC has really stepped up with their food! The chicken strips are huge and 90% chicken and 10% crust! No one can beat their chicken or their mashed potatoes with the brown gravy! I hate to skip out on Church, but KFC is the best!

Went in the drive thru . Order a 5 piece box meal . Paid for the food at window and was told to wait there. There was no other vehicles in line . Got my food went home and opened the box . Only had 3 pieces of chicken . Was very disappointed because I had not eaten all day and was hungry and wanted chicken . It is terrible feeling . Paid 15 dollars for 3 pieces of chicken . Will never go back there again.

I ordered my food on uber eats it said was ready i get here its not but they gave some 3 potpies to someone else they had some but gave my order to someone else and im stuck waiting because they only had 1 i get i look like a kid but im an adult and this is messed
