Based on the reviews, Koze Joe Battle Blvd offers amazing service, drinks, and atmosphere. The lychee mule is very refreshing, and the duck is highly recommended. The best chilaquiles are also a highlight. The chef is very friendly, and sitting on the grill area gives a romantic night out vibe with dim lighting. Plates are a little pricey but so so worth it. However, service is usually mediocre, and some feel it is not worth the price. One plate of Filet Mignon and calamari was 90% rice and vegetables. The food is always 10+, but if there are a lot of people inside it is going to be noisy. Outside is quiet.
