La Wheela has the most delicious food in El Paso , and best customer service! I love that they have a wide variety of dishes, and drinks! Definitely recommend to try both brunch and dinner menus.

The atmosphere at La Wheela is very welcoming and chill. The staff are very nice, our waiter was very kind to give us the run down on the menu. The food was excellent, we started with the sirloin fries that came nice and loaded with avocado, sirloin, cream, and other delicious fixings. The arrachera tacos come with delicious asadero cheese and guacamole. The fajitas were sizzling and delicious. We also ordered a side of sweet potato fries that came with the most delicious marshmallow sauce. We were so stuffed we weren't able to get dessert, however we will be back and definitely will be on our next order.

The ambiance is great , it’s decorated very cute and our server was nice. The food however could use some work, my friend ordered a steak that originally comes with mash potatoes and veggies. They were out of mash but the kindly substituted the mash for mushrooms, the veggies and shrooms were tasty . The steak was over cooked (the inside was very dry, meat was tough and lacked flavor. I ordered the chicken fajitas which were dry and lacked seasoning as well.

Food was Great (5Star) But service was really bad from start to finish, we stayed standing to be seated for over 20 min with no one approaching to attend us with info and with tables opened
Asked for straws and took 10+ min to just bring straws, when food was served I had to stand to ask for silverware, when eating no one approached, also after finished eating no one cared to pass by, I had to stand again to ask for the ticket, when we recieved the ticket 2 extra plates where charged
We saw 2 families go in and directly out a few minutes in due to very bad service

First impression make a big difference, made a reservation online as suggested, arrived on time just to wait 10min for my table for 2 so was offered to sit at the bar (which I did not request) ? luckily the food made up for the service slow an small crowded environment.
Usually during a brunch there are menus w Mimosa flavors, not this place . We had to ask if they had mimosa , wasn't offered it , then memorize the flavors since it was no where on the menu. I just order a gin/tonic.
We tried the French toast that was plated beautiful and tasted delicious , huevos rancheros which were very spicy , and chilaquiles rojo that was perfectly cooked and tasty . And of course a huge stack of pancakes.
Overall, the food made up for the delay when we arrived.

Food was AMAZING! It was a regular Thursday morning and it was packed! It was refreshing to see the bar/restaurant/bike shop is all semi-connected. I even went home and rode my Cannondale to the bike shop to get a Tune Up. Thanks, Javier!

We went to their Pasta & Jazz night and there was no table available so we were sat at the bar. Someone else did not show up and we were accommodated at a great spot. We had the jazz band playing almost up front. We ordered the scampi pasta and the white wine pasta. It was just the right portion and the taste was great. I had the Jamaica Margarita and it was perfect. I’m definitely going to go back for their brunch.

Waiting almost 2 hrs to get served. They brought all our food separately, it was cold, never brought us refills and terrible service. Not recommended.
I had green chilaquiles. Way too hot!! Service was great and the place was nice

Made it to La Wheela for brunch today. It’s a great spot and I look forward to going again soon. Had the chilaquiles verde montados and they were great, came with a side of refried beans. I’d definitely order that again but before that there are other items on the menu that I’d like to try. I was also given a pistachio pie to try. I’ve never had pistachio pie but it was delicious. Not to sweet, just right. The other thing about La Wheela is that it’s a bike shop/store with a small art gallery. I met the owner and spoke to him briefly. Very nice guy. Going here makes me want to maybe give it a go again on my bike. We’ll see. Go check them out when you have a chance. The entertainment was GREAT also. Samuel Lerma, I look forward to listening to him again.

The food was great. Chilaquiles verdes/tomatillo were delicious. Pancakes were also incredible with the topping. The chorizo burrito cali-style was different, yet had many great flavors in one including chipotle. The chicken pozole was average, (to my taste). The setting was unique and cool. They do need a sign “wait to be seated”. The staff was kind. Overall, I loved the place.
