Little Caesars Pizza

They are guaranteed to make any custom order wrong. Employees barely speak English and I mean barely, like it was difficult just to add a simple dipping sauce to our order, but they try and the food is edible so respect.

Can't even cut a pizza all the way through, lady in the drive thru was drunk, and they ain't have no crazy bread

One star is too much for this location. The last time I went a week ago, and the cashier, who appeared unwilling to speak English as I asked her why she didn't log my online order portal to pick up my pizza from their oven cabinet. I realized she may have not been capable of reading the online orders in english. Apparently, she kept giving away the pizza that I ordered to the other walk-in customers, instead of preparing my border from the portal that Little Caesars provides for prompt service. 2 hours later, I realized she kept giving my pizza away to walk-ins. It was raining awful, and I kept coming in and out to see if my pizza was ready, and she kept apologizing. The pizza was messy and undercooked. I shouldn't be eating this cheap junk pizza anyway. I'm sure that experience was a blessing in disguise.

This Little Caesars is no better or worse than another. Three stars, because the business policy, in general, is to charge for the more expensive product if you don't specifically order the classic product. If you don't specify that you want the Classic cheese or pepperoni pizza, you are automatically sold the Extra Most Bestest version.

I don’t like to complain but today is the day. I put an order for some pizza and bread today at 1:20pm October 5 2024. Estimated to be ready by 1:39-1:44 pm. I entered at 1:47pm and they hadn’t even put a single thing to cook. It took an additional 22 minutes of me waiting for a simple pizza and bread. Seriously? And I’ll the time I was there waiting all I could hear was them playing on the back. Not acceptable, at least be honest and say the order hasn’t been made yet. 🤦‍♂️
Updated to a 1 star. Came home to some trashy crazy puffs, ridiculous.

Yea, im about over going to this place. There are never any hot-n-ready pizzas, so I always have to wait. Today, no one in there spoke English, and the cheese on my pizza wasn't even melted because it wasn't finished cooking. I didn't even waste my time trying to explain it to them, seeing how I don't speak Spanish. I just ended up throwing away a 13 dollar thin crust hot-n-ready pizza.

Who ever answered the phone this evening a young woman , she didn't know how to take my order n it was a big order , some customize pizzas she didn't have to comment why u gotta be so extra ur stressing me out.... I wasn't rude or pushy just stating what I wanted.... if u can't work at an atmosphere or learn to use ur words or ask someone to help u while on the phone that u need help instead of ur side comment.. be better

The employees are either weird or rude, but the pizza is the best, even better than fancy pizzas when fresh.

Mariana an older lady that works at this location has HORRIBLE customer service. She did NOT deny dropping tongs & picking them up & using them on the crazy puffs she was boxing up. I confronted her & she started getting aggressive ? she was going to give me new ones but the ones she used dirty tongs on she was going to give them to another customer. She is absolutely disgusting & the manger I spoke to Juan, did not even help his employees ease the situation. Absolutely HORRIFIC experience ?

Showed up at 10:00 and came through drive drive, a girl in drive thru said sorry where out of pizzas, came inside and they had 5 in the oven, I asked about them and they said it’s for online only because it would take them 15 minutes to make a pizza. Then she ask that she can make me a pizza but it would take her 15 minutes basically confirming me that she lied about no pizzas and they don’t want to make more, why not close at 10pm if your going to refuse to sell after 10pm

We order a dish pizza through Ubers and once my brother and I eat one pizza to realize the pizza was not fully cooked. We really can’t go back since they are already going to close. It ruined are night to eat. Very disgusting to give this out to customers.
